Skeeter C.Both my parents and I have had the most positive experiences here! Staff are kind and friendly, and Dr. Will Smith has been patient and competent in working with our hearing aids. When the three of us visited together for hearing aid adjustments, Dr. Smith asked lots of questions about our experience and what we were having trouble with, then carefully explained what he was doing to try to fine-tune our aids. My father has made repeat visits to "tweak" some issues, which I see as a positive - getting aids adjusted correctly is an art as much as a science, and Dr. Smith seems very patient about working to get things right. The price for a visit is extremely reasonable, too. I'm so pleased to be getting care from this practice.

But what I did not know was how wonderful and caring a hearing aid provider could be. Mark was so patient and persistent with an issue that was totally the fault of my phone but he refused to give up. It was resolved and I hear better than ever.
